A Love Story of Classical English Architecture with the Alluring Charm of Asia

The vision was to create the First English Estate in Asia, that married the Timeless Elegance of an authentic Georgian Mansion, with Classical Colonial features, to harmoniously blend into Phuket’s tropical climate.

With the owner’s first-hand prior experience of building a Landmark Georgian House in London, together with an eminent architect from London, the Journey began in 2015. After eight years of unwavering passion and dedication, this extraordinary project reached its grand conclusion.

The design seamlessly merges antique teak floorboards, hand-baked terracotta tiles, luxurious natural fabrics with custom-made furnishings and a curated collection of artworks. Enriched with history, artistry, and character at every turn, each telling its own story, the Mansion evokes a sense of timeless sophistication, elegance and artistic heritage.

Art Collection

The Invaluable Collection at The Vanderbilt Estate, including art from 1st Century BC, has been painstakingly collected by the Owner, over a 60 year period.

Main Hall

The Main Entrance Hall, with its captivating 9-Meter High Ceiling and a Beautiful Cupola, is classic Georgian, housing Fine Antiques, Marble Sculptures, Paintings and Works of Art.

Drawing Room

With its super-comfortable sofas and armchairs, the room is filled with an interesting Collection of Antiques, Paintings and Sculptures and Works-of-Art.

Library

The Library is a cosy, highly decorated room, with a Vaulted Ceiling, beautiful fireplace and numerous Antiques and Works of Art.

Dining Room

An Enchanting room, “engulfed” with a 350 year old Hand-Painted Qing Dynasty Chinese Wallpaper, a Chinoiserie Fireplace, a Large Antique Brass-inlaid Dining Table, amongst other rare interesting and Asian Works of Art.

Kitchen

A Large, Professional Kitchen, Designed by a Michelin Chef, with a walk-in freezer and refrigerator – capable of handling a 200 person sit-down Formal Diner.
